Nate Anderson - LMFT 164490

I’m Nate Anderson, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Foundations Psychotherapy. I work primarily with men, adolescents, and young adults who may be navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, trauma, or the pressure to constantly “keep it together.” My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change involves more than simply talking about what’s happening—we also need to understand how we experience it in our bodies and how it affects the way we move through the world.
As someone who values fitness, movement, and an active lifestyle, I incorporate body-centered and movement-based interventions when appropriate. This may include mindfulness, breathwork, exercise-informed strategies, and walk-and-talk therapy. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that feels approachable and genuine, particularly for people who may not connect with the traditional image of sitting across from a therapist in an office.
At Foundations Psychotherapy, I believe therapy should help you develop a stronger foundation for how you think, feel, relate, and respond to life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with something specific or simply recognize that something needs to change, we can work together to build greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in the direction you're heading.
