Investment in Your Mental Health

Therapy is an Investment

in Your Future.

Choosing to begin therapy is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself. My goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care that helps you create lasting change—not just temporary relief.

Every session is tailored to your unique goals, offering a collaborative space to strengthen emotional well-being, build resilience, and create a stronger foundation for the life you want.

Insurance

Foundations Psychotherapy is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.

Many clients appreciate the flexibility, privacy, and individualized care that private-pay therapy provides. Without insurance restrictions, treatment can be tailored to your needs rather than the requirements of an insurance company.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly to verify your benefits.

Payment Options

For your convenience, I accept:

  • Major credit and debit cards

  • HSA (Health Savings Account) cards

  • FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, when applicable

Payment is securely processed through my HIPAA-compliant client portal.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who do not use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided before services begin, and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about fees or billing.
